Teriyaki ground turkey with broccoli and peas is a quick, 8-ingredient stir-fry that’s ready in under 20 minutes—perfect for busy nights!

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is the perfect mix of sweet and savory, thanks to the teriyaki sauce. I love it because it’s budget-friendly, convenient, and packed with flavor. Pre-made sauces are a great way to save time when you’ve got a hungry family to feed!
First, the ground turkey is cooked in a skillet with onion and garlic. Then, broccoli, shredded carrots, and peas are added and cooked until tender. Everything gets tossed in a store-bought teriyaki sauce and served over rice for a complete, one-bowl meal the whole family will love!
Ground turkey is a leaner, healthier swap for ground beef and works great in stir-fries—just like my popular ground turkey sweet potato skillet!
