Are you a night owl?

I am.

And because I try to be one of those super-organized moms (spoiler alert: I’m not), I usually get up an hour or so before my daughter so I can knock as much stuff off my ‘to do’ list before the morning rush starts.

So I’m perpetually tired, and that’s okay because I recently learned the secret to FEELING well-rested.

(If you haven’t read my little secret, you can check it out HERE.)

The only problem is, it’s taken me a lot longer to learn the secret to LOOKING well-rest.
