Pro Tips

  1. Use high-quality white chocolate! It makes a big difference in texture.
  2. Don’t skip the sea salt. It enhances the caramel and coffee flavors.
  3. For a stronger coffee kick, add an extra teaspoon of espresso powder.
  4. Let it chill completely! Rushing the process can make the fudge too soft.
  5. Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh and creamy.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Small saucepan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • 8×8-inch pan (for setting the fudge)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the White Chocolate & Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and butter, stirring continuously until smooth.

Hi, the fudge was very sticky and difficult inspite of having chilled it thoroughly. Can you pls guide on what could have gone wrong? It tastes really nice though, a hit too sweet but still nice.
