What You’ll Need

- 1 cup of milk, either dairy or non-dairy
- One scoop of cookies and cream or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (to make it creamy)
- Two chocolate sandwich cookies, plus one more for the top
- ½ frozen banana (for natural sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of ice cubes
For toppings (not required but tasty!):
- Cookies that have been crushed
- Cream that has been whipped
- A drizzle of chocolate syrup

How to do it

- Step 1: Put the ingredients in the blender
Put milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, chocolate sandwich cookies, a frozen banana, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a blender. - Step 2: Mix until smooth
Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until the mixture is thick and creamy. - Step 3: Put in a glass
Put the thick shake in a large glass. - Step 4: Add the garnish and serve.
Add crumbled cookies, whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top.
Helpful Tips
- Use a banana that has been frozen! It makes the shake much thicker and creamier.
- If you want a stronger flavor, use cookies and cream protein powder instead of vanilla.
- Do you want it without dairy? Try almond, oat, or coconut milk.
- Make it even more special! Put a little bit of chocolate syrup on top.
- Want more crunch? Before serving, mix in some more crumbled cookies.
