Gently push the whole almonds down on top of the fudge. - Let it cool and set.
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours or until it is firm. - Cut and serve.
When the fudge has set, use the parchment paper to lift it out, cut it into squares, and if you want to be fancy, drizzle it with more melted chocolate and shredded coconut.

Tips & Variations
- Roast the almonds! Just bake them at 350°F for 5 minutes to bring out their flavor and give them more crunch.
- Put parchment paper in the bottom of your pan. It makes it so much easier to lift the fudge out.
- Don’t let the chocolate get too hot. To keep it smooth, melt it slowly over low heat or in short bursts in the microwave.
- Let it sit for a while. Before cutting, put it in the fridge for at least two hours to get clean, perfect squares.
- Make it your own! You can change the almonds to cashews, add a drizzle of caramel, or mix in a few mini marshmallows.
- If you don’t want dairy, use coconut sweetened condensed milk and dairy-free chocolate chips.
- For more coconut flavor, add ½ tsp of coconut extract along with the vanilla.
- For a crunchy version, use chopped almonds inside the fudge instead of whole ones on top.
- To make fudge sweeter, use milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
Put it in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
Want to keep it for longer? You can freeze the fudge for up to three months. Before serving, let it thaw.
That’s it! You can now eat your Almond Joy Fudge. It has a lot of coconut-almond crunch and is creamy and chocolatey. Try it out, snap a picture, and tell me how it went. Enjoy your snacks! 🍫🥥
