Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk, either dairy or non-dairy
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- ½ frozen banana (for more creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour or oat flour (to give the dough that cake-like texture)

- ½ tsp vanilla extract
