There’s something magical about a smooth, caramel-swirled iced coffee.

This one is creamy, just the right amount of sweet, and made with almond milk for a light and refreshing twist.
It’s the perfect thing to consume while you’re busy in the morning or in the afternoon.
Plus, it’s way cheaper (and tastier!) than grabbing one at a coffee shop.
Let’s make it!
Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
- ½ cup almond milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes
Tools Needed
- Tall glass
- Spoon (for stirring)
- Little pitcher for pouring milk
- Measuring cups & spoons
- Straw (optional, but fun!)
Instructions
- Make the coffee and let it cool.
If you haven’t already, make one cup of coffee and let it chill all the way down in the fridge. - Drizzle Caramel in the Glass
For that classic coffee shop look, drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of your glass. - Put in some ice and cold coffee
Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the chilled coffee. - Combine the milk, caramel, and sweetener.
In a small pitcher, mix the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce.

- Pour Over Coffee & Stir
Add the sweetened almond milk to the iced coffee and swirl gently to blend.
Tips & Variations
- Make your coffee the night before and put it in the fridge to cool.
- Make the caramel, maple syrup, and vanilla extract ahead of time so they’re ready to use.
- Use cold coffee – Brew your coffee ahead and chill it for the best flavor. The ice melts too quickly when the coffee is hot!
- Customize the sweetness – Add more or less caramel and maple syrup to suit your taste.
- Creamier texture – Swap almond milk for oat milk or a splash of heavy cream if you like it extra rich.
- Shake it up: Put everything in a jar with a lid and shake it to get a really frothy texture.
- Coffee cubes! – Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays so your drink never gets watered down.
- Milk options – Try oat milk, cashew milk, or regular milk.
- Sugar-free – Use a sugar-free caramel sauce and skip the maple syrup.
- Decaf version – Use decaf coffee if you’re avoiding caffeine.
- Extra indulgent – Add whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel on top.
Storage & Freshness
- You can make the coffee and milk mixture ahead of time, but it’s best to drink it fresh.
- Store the coffee in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Shake well before drinking if the ingredients have been mixed ahead of time.
