- ◯ 1 avocado that is ripe
- ◯ 1 cup of cold brewed coffee or espresso
- ◯ 1 cup of milk (dairy or not)
- ◯ 1–2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey

1. Get Your Ingredients Ready
Take the avocado out of its skin and get all your ingredients ready.

Put ice, coffee, milk, honey, vanilla, and avocado in the blender. Blend until there are no lumps.
