This Creamsicle Fudge will be your new favorite treat if you like creamy vanilla and sweet, citrusy orange. It tastes just like those old-fashioned orange creamsicle popsicles, but it’s fudge. It’s smooth and melts in your mouth.
What’s the best part?Mix, swirl, and chill—no baking, no stress!
Let’s get it done!

Ingredients
- 2 cups of white chocolate chips
- One can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of orange essence
- ½ tsp of orange zest (plus more for decoration)
- 1/2 cup of little marshmallows
- A few drops of orange food dye
- ¼ tsp salt

Equipment Needed
- A medium-sized pot
- A spatula
- Baking dish that is 8 by 8 inches
- Paper for parchment
- Cutting knife
Instructions
Melt the chocolate.
Put white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir regularly until the mixture is smooth.
Add flavors and split the mixture.
Take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract, orange extract, orange zest, and salt. Put the mixture into two bowls so that they are the same size.
Color one side orange.
Add a few drops of orange food coloring to one of the bowls and mix until the color is even.

Pour and swirl.
Put the white and orange fudge in the 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper, one spoonful at a time. Gently mix the two colors together with a knife.
Cool down and set.
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours or until it is solid.
Slice and serve.
Once the fudge has set, use the parchment paper to take it out, cut it into squares, and enjoy!

Tips and Variations
- Use fresh zest from an orange! It brings out the citrus flavor.
- Don’t forget the food coloring. The orange swirls look like a real creamsicle with just a little bit of color.
- Slowly melt the chocolate. White chocolate burns quickly, so keep the heat low and stir it all the time.
- Allow it to set all the way. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before cutting it to get ideal slices.
- Don’t mix; just swirl. To get that pretty creamsicle swirl effect, gently fold in the orange layer.
Additional Suggestions
- If you don’t want to use dairy, try using coconut condensed milk and dairy-free white chocolate.
- For a creamier version, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream to the mix.
- Add ½ teaspoon of lemon or tangerine zest for a stronger citrus flavor.
- For a crunchy version, add crushed vanilla wafers for more texture.
Storage
- You may keep it in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.
- Want to keep it for a longer time? You can freeze the fudge for up to three months. Before serving, let it thaw.
And that’s all there is to it—your Creamsicle Fudge is ready to eat! It tastes sweet, creamy, and full of citrus and vanilla. Try it out, snap a picture, and tell me how it went. Enjoy your snacks! 🍊✨
