- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp of sugar in powder form
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
To Serve:
- Ice

Instructions
1. Prepare the Cold Brew

Mix 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water in a big jar. Stir gently, cover, and let it sit in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
2. Remove the Cold Brew
After the coffee has steeped, pour it through a coffee filter or fine-mesh strainer into a clean jar. Throw away the grounds.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Cream
Mix together ½ cup of heavy cream, ¼ cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract in a small bowl. The mixture should be thickened but still pourable.
4. Put the drink together
Put ice in a tall glass and pour in one cup of cold brew. Add chocolate cream on top and let it swirl into the coffee in a pretty way. If you want, you can add more chocolate syrup on top.
Tips and Serving Suggestions

- It needs to steep for a while. It gets even richer after 12 to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Lightly whip. The chocolate cream shouldn’t be thick like whipped cream; it should be easy to pour.
- Add sugar to taste. Change the amount of chocolate syrup and sugar to suit your taste.
- Serve right away. Mix the cream right before you drink it for the best taste.
