- A little bit of sea salt
To Serve:
- Cubes of ice
- Optional: more coconut milk for swirling
Equipment:
- ✔ A big jar or pitcher
- ✔ A fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter
- ✔ A small bowl and a whisk
- ✔ A tall glass for serving
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cold Brew
Put 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee and 4 cups of cold filtered water in a big container. Stir to make sure that all of the grinds are wet. Put a lid on it and put it in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours.
Step 2: Strain the cold brew
Put a clean jar or pitcher on top of a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter. Pour the coffee mixture through slowly to get rid of the grounds. Throw away the grounds.
Step 3: Prepare the Coconut Vanilla Cream

Whisk together 1 cup of canned coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and a pinch of sea salt in a small bowl until smooth.
Step 4: Put the drink together
Put ice cubes in a tall glass, then pour in cold brew and top with coconut vanilla cream. Stir gently to make swirls of creamy delight.
