- A baking pan that is 8 by 8 inches
- Paper for parchment

Take the pan off the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla extract right away. Mix quickly until the fudge is smooth and creamy.

- Put in the pan
Put the mixture in an 8-by-8-inch baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly. Now is the time to add toppings like sea salt or chopped peanuts. - Let the fudge cool down.
Put the pan in the fridge and let the fudge set for at least one to two hours, or until it is hard. - Cut and serve
Take the fudge out of the pan with the parchment paper once it has set. Use a sharp knife to cut into squares and serve!

Tips from the pros
- Use peanut butter that is smooth. If you want the smoothest fudge, use processed peanut butter like Jif or Skippy. Peanut butter that is natural might separate.
- Get your pan ready first. Before you start, line the pan with parchment paper so it’s ready when the fudge is done.
- Get to work fast. When the fudge is done cooking and mixing, it sets quickly, so be ready to pour it into the pan right away.
- Put on some toppings. For extra style, add flaky sea salt, chopped peanuts, or even mini chocolate chips on top.
Changes and Substitutions
- No dairy? Instead of whole milk, use oat milk or almond milk.
- Is it crunchy? You can use crunchy peanut butter or mix in chopped peanuts before you pour it into the pan.
- Add some melted chocolate to the mix to make a chocolate-peanut butter mix.
You can keep fudge in the fridge for up to two weeks if you put it in an airtight container.
You can also put fudge in a container that can be frozen for up to three months. Before you eat it, just thaw it out in the fridge.
