Are you sick of plain salmon? This honey-glazed fish will make your dinner better.

The sweet and garlicky sauce caramelizes perfectly, making each bite taste like an explosion of flavor. Not to mention that the salmon is so juicy and delicious that you can’t help to eat it. And did we say it just takes 20 minutes to make?
Ingredients

- Four salmon fillets, each weighing 7 ounces
- 2 teaspoons of sea salt
- 2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- ½ cup of butter or olive oil with salt
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced fresh
- ½ cup of honey (you may change how sweet it is by changing the amount of honey)
- ¼ cup of soy sauce (or Tamari for a gluten-free option)
Instructions
1. Get ready.
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). For simple cleanup, cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
2. Make your glaze.

Put the butter, soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a small saucepan and cook them over medium-high heat. Whisk until smooth, then let it simmer for 3 minutes. The sauce will get a little thicker.
3. Add spices and glaze.
Put the salmon fillets on the baking sheet you have set up. Add a lot of salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the food. Make sure to cover the salmon well with the delicious glaze.
Don’t marinate the salmon ahead of time. The caramelized sauce and spices will give it a lot of flavor.
4. Cook the salmon in the oven.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until the salmon is done and breaks apart easily. Make those fillets shine even more! To get the most flavor out of the salmon, spoon the pan sauce over it. Enjoy right away!
5. Done.

Add any additional sauce to the salmon with a spoon, then serve right away.
