You guys. Yesterday we made a lot of progress.
My wonderful, beautiful 13-year-old daughter doesn’t like vegetables too much.
I guess this is relatively common, and I try to recall that I didn’t eat vegetables when I was a kid and I lived. I still attempt to get them to eat their veggies.
I informed her we were having chicken for dinner yesterday. More specifically, chicken breast packed with cheese.
I forgot to mention that the cheese had spinach in it. She wasn’t blind, so she noticed it in there and just went with it.
You guys. That whole piece of chicken was eaten by her. With a side of Brussels sprouts cooked in a pan. Wow, like.
Moving forward.
In any case, I now think this dish for baked stuffed chicken breast is wonderful. You will adore it because it is easy and tastes great.
Ingredients

- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4)
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Mayonnaise (a little)
- Chopped spinach
- Spices (for filling)
- Seasoning (for chicken breasts)
How to Make This Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breast

First, mix up the filling for the spinach. You’ll need some cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, a little mayo, chopped spinach, and spices. Friends, this is basic stuff.
Put everything in a small bowl and mix it all together. Then put it aside.
Get a pack of chicken breasts that don’t have bones or skin. The filling should be about right for four breasts.
Add some seasoning to the chicken breasts, then use a sharp knife to make a small pocket in one side of the chicken. I do this by putting one hand on top of the chicken to keep it still and then cutting halfway through the breast with a sharp knife, like you would if you were butterflying it, but stopping around halfway through the fowl.
If this step sounds hard, watch my video below to see how to do it. I guarantee it’s extremely easy.
Now all you have to do is fill the small pocket in your chicken with the spinach filling.
Cooking Instructions
Cook them for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.

Additional Notes
This dish for chicken breasts packed with cream cheese is great for your keto diet.
I could eat cream cheese all the time, and it’s great for keto. So it has very little carbs, a lot of fat, and not much protein.
The spinach is a significant source of potassium. I always make sure I get enough electrolytes. When things become out of whack, I can always tell, and it wrecks my whole day. You know what? No one should have to walk about feeling like they’re going to pass out at any moment.
Do you pay special attention to your electrolytes while you live a keto lifestyle? It’s very crucial!
