Put spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top and then use a knife to gently mix it into the fudge. - Cool off and let it set.
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours or until it gets hard. - Cut and serve.
Once the fudge has set, use the parchment paper to take it out, cut it into squares, and enjoy!
Tips and Variations
- Instead of small marshmallows, use marshmallow fluff. Instead of melting into the fudge, it makes smooth, creamy swirls.
- Don’t mix the swirl too much! To keep the marshmallow ribbons thick and easy to see, lightly drag a knife through the fudge.
- Let it sit all the way through. To produce clean, flawless squares, chill for at least two hours before cutting.
- Add more fun! Add crushed graham crackers on top for a s’mores twist.
- Want to toast some marshmallows? After whirling, lightly torch the top for a caramelized taste!
- If you want to avoid dairy, use dairy-free chocolate and coconut condensed milk.
- Mix in ½ cup of chopped dark chocolate before twirling to make it even more chocolaty.
- For a crunchy variation, add crumbled cookies or chopped nuts.
- Add a graham cracker crust before pouring in the fudge for a s’mores version!
Storage
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
Want to keep it for a longer time? You can freeze the fudge for up to three months. Before serving, let it thaw.

That’s all there is to it—your Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is ready to eat! It’s full of gooey marshmallow bliss and tastes like chocolate. Give it a try, snap a picture, and tell me how it went. Enjoy your snack! 🍫✨
