Put parchment paper in an 8×8-inch baking dish, then evenly spread the fudge. - Put in the white chocolate swirl.
Put melted white chocolate on top and then use a toothpick to make a swirl pattern. - Put it in the fridge and let it set.
Put in the fridge for at least two hours or until firm. - Cut and serve.
Once the fudge has set, use the parchment paper to take it out, cut it into squares, and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
- Use food coloring in gel form! It makes the fudge a deep red color without making it watery.
- Don’t forget the chocolate powder. It gives the fudge the real taste of red velvet.
- Let it sit all the way. To get beautiful slices, put it in the fridge for at least two hours before cutting it.
- Carefully swirl the white chocolate. To obtain that nice marbled look, use a toothpick or skewer.
- Make it even better! For a creative twist, put crushed Oreos or red velvet cake crumbs on top.
Variations
- If you don’t eat dairy, use white and semi-sweet chocolate that doesn’t have any dairy in it, along with coconut condensed milk.
- For a gentler, sweeter fudge, use milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate.
- For more texture, add crushed pecans or micro chocolate chips before putting the mixture in the fridge.
- For a red velvet fudge that tastes like cheesecake, stir in a cream cheese mixture.
Storage
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
Want to keep it for a longer time? You can freeze the fudge for up to three months. Before serving, let it thaw.

That’s all there is to it! Your Red Velvet Fudge is ready to eat! It has a characteristic red velvet taste and is rich, chocolaty, and deliciously velvety. Give it a shot, snap a picture, and tell me how it went. Enjoy your snacks! ❤️🍫✨
