- Knife (to cut the banana if you need to)
- 1 banana that has been frozen
- ½ cup of cold brewed coffee
- ½ cup of your favorite milk
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup of ice

Instructions

- Put everything in a blender.
Add ice, cold coffee, milk, peanut butter, frozen banana, honey, and cinnamon. - Mix until smooth.
Start at a low speed and work your way up to a high speed until the mixture is creamy and well-mixed. - Enjoy after you pour!
Pour into a glass and add more peanut butter if you want. Then drink!
Tips & Variations

- Use frozen bananas to make the smoothie even creamier without adding more ice.
- Keep your coffee cool. Hot coffee will melt the ice and make the smoothie less thick.
- Add more protein by mixing in a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
- Sweetness level: Change the amount of honey you use based on how sweet you like it. If your banana is very ripe, you can skip the honey.
- Blend in steps: Start on low to break up the ice, then switch to high to get the smoothest texture.
- No banana? Change it for ½ cup of Greek yogurt and more ice.
- No dairy? You can use almond, oat, or coconut milk.
- No peanut butter? You could also try sunflower seed butter or almond butter.
- Want more coffee flavor? For an extra kick, add ½ teaspoon of instant coffee.
- Twist of chocolate? Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
- Make your coffee the night before and put it in the fridge to cool.
- Put bananas in freezer bags in advance so you can easily grab and blend them in the morning.
Storage & Freshness
Fresh is the best way to enjoy!
If you need to, you can keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Before drinking, shake or blend.
