- 8 entire chicken thighs with the skin and bones still on them
- 1 pound of young red potatoes
- One bag of baby carrots (16 ounces)
- 1 pound of green beans that have been cleaned and cut
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped up
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions

- Put honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a bowl and mix them together with a whisk.
- Put four thighs in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker and pour half of the sauce over them.
- Put in the rest of the thighs, then the potatoes and carrots. Pour the rest of the sauce over it.
- Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
- Add green beans 30 minutes before the cooking time is up.
