Strawberry Peach Daiquiri

Hello! The Strawberry Peach Daiquiri is one of my all-time favorite drinks to make for a summer night (or whenever you need a mini vacation in a glass).
It tastes like fruit, is refreshing, and looks so attractive with its pink and yellow tones. This daiquiri recipe is sure to please everyone, whether you’re throwing a party, having a date night at home, or just indulging yourself.
Bonus: It’s quite simple to make and you can use fresh or frozen fruit!
Let’s get started.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of strawberries, either fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of peach slices, either fresh or frozen
- 2 ounces of white rum
- 1 ounce of lime juice (freshly squeezed is ideal)
- 1 ounce of simple syrup (or more or less to taste)
- 1 cup of ice
Tools Needed
- Mixing tool
- Juicer for citrus
- Spoons and cups for measuring
- Glass for cocktails
- Small knife (for cutting garnishes)
Preparation

- Get your ingredients ready.
Clean the strawberries and cut the peaches into slices (if they’re fresh). Juice the lime. - Mix it everything together
Put the strawberries, peaches, lime juice, simple syrup, rum, and ice in a mixer. Mix until smooth and slushy. - Taste and make changes
Try the daiquiri and change the lime or sweetness as needed. If you add anything, blend it again for a little time. - Serve and decorate
Pour into cocktail glasses and top with a piece of peach, strawberry, or both. Serve right away and have fun!

Tips & Variations
- Frozen Fruit = Instant Slushiness: You don’t need as much ice when you use frozen strawberries and peaches, and the drink tastes better.
- Change the sweetness: Taste as you mix! If you want it sweeter, add extra simple syrup. If the fruit is already sweet, cut back.
- Fancy garnishes: Like a sugared rim, a mint sprig, or even a paper umbrella can make this cocktail feel even more special.
- Tip for using a blender: Blend on high for a very smooth, slushy texture.
- Non-alcoholic option: If you don’t want to drink alcohol, leave out the rum and add a splash of sparkling water or orange juice for a kid-friendly mocktail.
- Alcohol swaps: If you don’t like rum, you can use vodka instead. If you do like rum, you can try coconut rum for a tropical twist.
- Fruit Options: For a delightful change of flavor, use mangoes instead of peaches or raspberries instead of strawberries.
- Healthier sweeteners: Use honey or agave nectar instead of simple syrup for a healthier version.
- Make-ahead tips: You can mix the fruit, lime juice, and simple syrup together ahead of time and freeze them in an ice cube tray. When you’re ready to serve, just mix the cubes with rum and ice.
- Storing leftovers: Put the daiquiri in a container that can go in the freezer if you have leftovers (which is rare). Let it defrost a little and then combine it again to make the texture fresh.
