Tools Needed
- A food processor or a blender
- Bowl for mixing
- Stirring spoon
Ingredients

- ½ cup of cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons of almond or peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of oat flour
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, but tasty!)
- ¼ cup of small chocolate chips
Instructions

- Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until it is smooth and creamy.
- Put the blended cottage cheese in a bowl and add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is mixed in.
- Mix in the oat flour and cinnamon until the dough is thick.
- Add the mini chocolate chips and stir them in gently.
- Spoon into a bowl, put more chocolate chips on top, and eat right away!
Tips & Notes
- Mix well to get a smooth texture! Blend until smooth if you don’t like the curds in cottage cheese.
- It is safe to eat raw because it has oat flour in it. You can also use flour made from almonds or coconuts.
- Want it to be thicker? Put in one more spoonful of oat flour.
- To make it nut-free, use sunflower seed butter instead of nut butter.
- Put leftovers in the fridge; the next day they taste even better!
- You can keep it in the fridge for up to three days.
- You can eat it straight from the fridge or let it sit for a few minutes to make it softer.
