Why I Like This Recipe

The teriyaki sauce makes this meal the ideal balance of sweet and salty. I adore it since it’s cheap, easy to use, and full of flavor. When you have a hungry family to feed, pre-made sauces are a terrific way to save time.

First, the onion and garlic are sautéed with the ground turkey in a skillet. After that, broccoli, shredded carrots, and peas are added and cooked until they are soft. You can make a full meal for the whole family by putting everything in a store-bought teriyaki sauce and serving it over rice.
