Ground turkey, broccoli, and peas with teriyaki sauce

Teriyaki ground turkey stir-fry prepared in a skillet

This simple stir-fry with teriyaki ground turkey, broccoli, and peas only needs 8 ingredients and is ready in less than 20 minutes, making it great for hectic nights.

First, the onion and garlic are sautéed with the ground turkey in a skillet. After that, broccoli, shredded carrots, and peas are added and cooked until they are soft. For a whole meal that everyone in the family will love, put everything in a store-bought teriyaki sauce and serve it over rice.

The teriyaki sauce makes this meal the ideal balance of sweet and salty. I adore it since it’s cheap, easy to use, and full of flavor. When you have a hungry family to feed, pre-made sauces are a terrific way to save time.

Ground turkey is a healthier and leaner alternative to ground beef. It works well in stir-fries, just as my well-known ground turkey sweet potato skillet!

There is also a recipe card at the bottom of this blog article that has all the ingredients and directions.
