- 12 oz 340 g spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced – rotisserie works great
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can 10.5 oz / 300 g cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella / Colby Jack
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika optional
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning optional
- Fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Stir in cream of chicken soup, broth, and milk until smooth.
Add chicken, seasonings, and cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated.
Simmer 3–5 minutes, then serve warm.
