Easy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz 340 g spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced – rotisserie works great
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz / 300 g cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella / Colby Jack
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika optional
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  • Stir in cream of chicken soup, broth, and milk until smooth.
  • Add chicken, seasonings, and cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  • Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated.
  • Simmer 3–5 minutes, then serve warm.
